The Benidorm skyline now has an iconic building – the DELFIN TOWER. This impressive 100-meter-high residential tower, located on the front line of Poniente Beach, is shaped like a ship’s sail. It is also the only building in Benidorm with the “LEED GOLD” SUSTAINABLE BUILDING certification, an international guarantee of sustainability.

This building has been designed to promote reduced energy and water consumption in each of its units, using materials that improve indoor environmental quality. Installing this system guarantees the watertightness of the pool structure, both in new constructions and renovations, providing a comprehensive waterproofing solution for all types of pools, tanks, and water storage systems without the need for special tools or products. Its versatility means that in most cases, it is not necessary to remove existing ceramic cladding. It also does not require complex substrate preparations or specialized tools typically not present on site.

1. For renovations, there is no need to remove the old cladding or flooring – it can be installed directly over the existing ceramic or mosaic tiles.
2. No waiting time is required – once the membrane is installed, cladding can begin immediately.
3. The unique composition of the membrane allows it to decouple movements caused by water pressure within the pool structure, preventing cracks or fissures in the final finish, typically glass mosaic, and avoiding tile detachment.
4. With a very thin profile (1.2 mm), the membrane adds minimal thickness to the substrate.
